Our goal in creating a subscription base is limited to keeping you in the know about the activites of the organization through email communication. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying with “unsubscribe” in the subject. All emails we send out are scanned for viruses prior to distribution.

You can browse our website without telling us who you are or giving us any Personal Information. When you interact with us through your computer, our website does record certain non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our website.

Donor Information

Open Heart Magic does collect personal information when you register with us to make a donation. We may ask for information such as your name, address, phone number, email address. All online donations are processed through Stripe.com to best ensure your security of credit card information, etc. All donors will be added to the Open Heart Magic email list. Open Heart Magic may have volunteers assist with performing functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling sending postal and email communications. Such persons or entities have access to personal information, such as contact information needed to perform their functions, but may not use such information for any other purposes.
